Delete your account and data

You can delete your Habitly account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

Option 1 — From the app (immediate)

If you still have Habitly installed:

Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete account

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone.

If you already uninstalled the app or can't access it, email us from the same address you used to create your account:

habitly.support@gmail.com — subject: "Delete my Habitly account"

We'll process your request and delete your account within 30 days of receiving it.

Your email address and login credentials.
All habits, streaks, history and statistics stored in the cloud.
Your gamification progress (level, XP, achievements).
Any subscription data associated with your account within Habitly (the subscription itself must be cancelled separately through Google Play).

We do not retain copies of this data after deletion.
