These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Habitly ("the app", "we"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Habitly is a habit-tracking application for Android. It lets you create habits, mark them as completed daily, and view your progress through streaks and statistics.
You can use basic app features without creating an account. To sync your habits to the cloud you need to create an account with email and password, or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You agree to use Habitly lawfully and not to attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the app or its billing systems.
Habitly's design, brand, code, and content are owned by its developer. The habit data you enter is yours — you can export or delete it at any time from within the app.
We make a reasonable effort to keep the app available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
Habitly is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or decisions you make based on use of the app. Habitly is a personal tracking tool, not a medical, psychological, or professional service.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. An active Premium subscription must be cancelled separately through Google Play.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified inside the app. Continued use of Habitly after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to consumer protection rules that apply in your jurisdiction.
